Coach Carter hits UK movie screens

Samuel L Jackson and Ashanti star together in COACH CARTER, inspired by a true story and directed by Thomas Carter. The film is released in the UK and Ireland on 25th February, 2005.
Tension mounted as the Richmond High Oilers faced the upcoming basketball championship. The town was wild with excitement over their undefeated team and the bleachers were filled with cheering fans for every game.

Thunder advance to Trophy Final

- National Trophy holders Worthing Thunder have made appearances in the Final into a club tradition, with four visits in the past five seasons.
On Sunday they made that five from six, as they snatched a single-point
victory at London United, to enable them to defend their crown on 6th
March. And that Final really will be a home-from-home for the South
Coast team as their fans travel the few miles along the coast to the

On Sunday night the teams met at the Northgate Arena, Brighton recorded their first win in the series after a 25-4 opening to the third period led to a comfortable finish, a 75-94 Bears victory was the conclusion.
