Birmingham Bullets leapfroged DG Essex Leopards Kool Kats into 9th spot to maintain the playoff push with a 86-81 road victory over the Leopards.

The Bullets rattled off a 15-2 burst leading up to half time to trim a
double figure Leopards advantage to just two points at 41-39.

Bullets then scored the final seven points of the game as the hosts offence dried up as they failed to score in the final 2 minutes 39 seconds of the game.

Bullets Rob Paternostro led all scorers with 24 points.
